Get Ready to Smash Some Fun! (But First, a Few Ground Rules)

Hey there, future smashers! We're stoked to welcome you to Smash Sanctuary, where stress melts away and good times are always on the agenda.  Our goal? To give you an unforgettable, exhilarating, and safe experience. To make sure your smash session goes off without a hitch (and that you get the most smashing for your buck), we've got a few friendly guidelines:

Arrive Ready to Rumble (15 Minutes Early, Please!)

Trust us, you don't want to miss a single swing!  Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled smash time. This gives us time to get you geared up in our awesome safety equipment (think of it as your smashing superhero costume!) and go over the safety rules. Plus, we'll need you to sign a waiver. We know, we know, but our insurance company insists on a hard copy (they're a fun bunch, ha!).

Dress for Destruction (Comfortably, of Course!)

Think comfy clothes and closed-toe shoes. Long sleeves are a good idea too – you know, for those stray bits of flying debris. You want to be able to move freely while you're smashing, so loose-fitting clothes are best. And seriously, no open-toe shoes allowed. Sturdy footwear is essential to protect your feet from any broken bits.

Smash Time is Precious (Respect the Clock!)

Your time slot is your time to smash.  It's the time you've reserved and paid for.  If you're late, we might not be able to extend your session, so please plan accordingly.

 

Changes Happen (But Let Us Know!)

Life happens, we get it. But if you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us at least 48 hours' notice via text or email.  We're running a business here, and last-minute changes can be tricky.  We can absolutely reschedule your session with the proper notice :)

ID, Please! (It's Not Just for Smashing)

Don't forget your ID! We might need to check it, especially if it's your first visit or if you look under 18. It's a small detail that can save you from a big interruption to your smashing fun.

Any damage to our building (walls, lights, windows, you get the picture) is gonna be charged to your card.  And we're not talking chump change here – the minimum charge is $150.  So, let's keep the smashing focused on the smashables and leave our walls out of it.  Deal?  Good. Let's get to smashing!

Rage rooms are all about fun, but they're also about responsibility.  We're here to provide a safe and supervised environment for you to let loose and have a blast.  So grab your weapons, gather your crew, and get ready to unleash your inner smasher!
